2 Injured After Motorcycle And Car Collide In Webster
Deputy Chief Mike Shaw of the Webster Police Department tells THE LAKE 940 that on Wednesday afternoon, at 1:40PM, a crash involving a motorcycle and an automobile was reported to the Southern Worcester County Communications Center. Webster Police, Fire, and EMS responded to the scene.
The operator of the car, a 26 year old female from Webster and the operator of the motorcycle, a 61 year old male from Sutton, were transported to local hospitals. Neither injuries appeared to be life threatening according to police.
The Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council Accident Reconstruction Team is assisting the Webster Police Department in investigating the crash.
The location of the accident has not yet been released, however a message posted on the department’s Facebook page mentions Cudworth Road will be closed from Route 395 to Town Forest Road for the next several hours due to a Motor Vehicle Accident. You are asked to seek alternate routes and avoid the area.
