Auburn Man Charged With 4th OUI After Route 20 Crash

An Auburn man is facing his 4th drunk driving charge after a crash on Tuesday night on Route 20.
Auburn Police say they responded to a crash at 7:39PM near Mill Street in Auburn where it is believed 53 year old Kenneth Kudron was driving a 2004 Ford van while under the influence of alcohol. There were no injuries reported.
Kudron had 3 previous operating under the influence convictions dating back to 1982. He was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, 4th offense, as well as negligent operation of a motor vehicle and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
He will appear in Worcester District Court this afternoon.
