Immigration Enforcement Called After Heroin Delivery In Sutton

Sutton Police have announced the arrest of 2 Worcester residents after police observed them delivering heroin to someone in town.  With help from the Blackstone Valley Drug Task Force, officers conducted a brief investigation and made the arrests.  “We seized a small amount of heroin, $200 cash, and intend to move forward in seizing a 2006 Toyota Highlander,” the department posted on Facebook.

The traffic stop was conducted on Boston Road.  Police say the male that taken into custody was an impostor and had a fraudulent Puerto Rican license bearing his photo.  He is being held on $10,000 bail.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement has also placed a detainer on him.  The female taken into custody was transported to court.  Sutton Police expect to release more information on this arrest in the near future.
