No Injuries After Webster Police Cruiser Strikes Pole
On Wednesday morning, July 25th just after 6AM, a Webster Police Cruiser driven by Officer Michael O’Leary collided with a telephone pole on Lake Street in the area of the intersection of Veteran’s Way and Lake Street.
The cruiser was transporting an individual back to the police station at the time of the crash. Deputy Chief Mike Shaw tells THE LAKE 940 that the passenger was in the back seat and wearing a seat belt.
Neither the officer who was also wearing a seat belt, nor the passenger were injured. The crash is currently under investigation.
