On this week’s episode of Talk of the Commonwealth, Jeff Hall of the American Red Cross speaks with Hank Stolz about the cleanup efforts in Florida and the southeast in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael.

First responders are still making their way into the affected communities to assess the extent of damage.  More than 1,000 American Red Cross disaster workers are there now, with many more on the way.  Hurricane Michael hit the Gulf Coast as the third-strongest hurricane in United States history.

The Red Cross depends on financial donations to be able to provide disaster relief to those who need it.  To make a $10 donation you can text REDCROSS to 90999 or click here to visit RedCross.org.
