Lake 45 Splash N Dash

Splash N Dash is back for another event at the beach!  You can choose to either: Swim ¼ mile, OR Paddle 1 mile (SUP/Kayak/Canoe), AND Run or Walk a 5k (Trail/Memorial Beach)  Do as an individual or a 2-person relay team! There’s no excuse! Please note that the run/walk portion is a trail this year and not a road race.  You can register https://my.racewire.com/event/7117 $25 per person (or team) until July 4th. Starting July 5th the cost goes up to $35. There is no race day registration. All participants must register by August 9, 2021
