Massachusetts State Police have announced details on today’s serious chain reaction crash on the Massachusetts Turnpike in Framingham. The accident occured just after 11AM and involved a box truck, a tractor trailer, 2 sport utility vehicles, a pickup truck, and an unmarked State Police cruiser near Exit 12 on Route 90 East. The most serious injuries were sustained by the operator of the pickup, a 54-year-old Hudson man, who was taken by medical helicopter to UMass Medical Center in Worcester. Read MoreOxford Fire EMS have been busy in the last few months. They were at the scene of a garage fire on Hall Road on Monday morning. The blaze quickly went to a 2 alarm status. There were no injuries reported. Heat from the fire damaged vinyl siding on a nearby home. Mutual aid from Auburn, Dudley and Webster assisted Oxford’s Fire Department. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Trooper Evan Brent was on patrol when he observed a 2003 Infinity i35 traveling on Southbridge Street commit motor vehicle violations.
