This time it is a statewide primary election, so voters across the commonwealth will be making their selections of who will end up on the ballot in November’s mid-term election. Read MoreThe Webster and Dudley Fire Departments responded to a possible car fire just after 11PM on Saturday, August 26th. Few details have been made public, but Dudley Police are investigating. The car reportedly sheared off a fire hydrant and landed in the yard near a building at 32 Chase Avenue in Dudley. There was no one found in the car when first responders arrived. It is believed the driver fled the scene. Bystanders used extinguishers on the smoking car prior to their arrival. No word on if the driver has been found as of Sunday morning. Police say the train was able to stop prior to crashing into the car.
