Just after 8PM on Monday, March 5th, Connecticut State Police Troop D arrested a 32 year old Putnam woman after a motor vehicle stop on Water Street in Danielson.

Troopers interviewed the driver and observed several indicators of criminal activity that led them to believe narcotics may be in the car.  With the assistance of K-9 officer Ambrie, a narcotic sniffing Labrador, a plastic bag containing percocet tablets were located in the vehicle.

Dominique Gremo was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics.  She was released on a $2,500 cash/surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on March 21st.

This is not the first run-in with the law for Gremo.  She has a long criminal history dating back at least 10 years in both Worcester and Putnam according to online records.
