On Thursday, February 15th at 6pm, Narcan training will take place at Parish Hall at the Church Of The Reconciliation, 21 North Main Street in Webster.  Narcan is a drug used to reverse the effects of an opiate overdose.  The free training is open to the public and will last about 45 minutes.
