McDonald’s Sturbridge

You are invited to the grand re-opening of the McDonalds Restaurant, located at 364 Main Street in Sturbridge.  The celebration begins with ribbon-cutting on Wednesday, April 24th at 10AM.

In addition to a new look outside, the restaurant is putting more choice and control in the hands of customers, giving them the opportunity to use new self-order kiosks and even have your meal delivered right to your table.  Customers can pay at the self-order kiosks, order and pay with the McDonalds app, or order at the traditional counter if they prefer.   New technology like Apple and Android Pay are also being used at this location.

The first 100 lunch customers on April 24th will be receive a coupon for a free Big Mac, and everyone in attendance will be eligible to register to win other great prizes that will be given away when the month-long grand re-opening celebration ends on Saturday May 18th.  Some of those items include an autographed Rob Gronkowski jersey, a 50 inch television, a mountain bike, a fire stick and 2 tickets to see Boston’s baseball team play.

The morning will begin with a flag raising by members of the local American Legion Post 109.  McDonald’s owner/operators Joseph & Patricia Spadea, Vincent Spadea and David & Barbara Balducci will present a $1,000 donation to the Sturbridge Recreation Committee to assist with summer kids programs.  Other town officials helping cut the ribbon include Sturbridge Town Administrator Ted Kozak and Board of Selectman Chair Mary Blanchard.
