Truck Hits Overpass On Lackey Dam Road In Uxbridge

A tractor trailer truck struck an overpass on Lackey Dam Road in Uxbridge on Friday morning. The crash happened around 5AM when it hit the bridge for Route 146, causing the truck to roll over. The driver of the truck was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Crews on the scene were also cleaning up a fuel spill. Uxbridge Police say the driver is expected to be OK. It is unclear if any charges will be filed.
The road re-opened to traffic just after noontime.
