10 Cars Burn At Worcester’s UMass Medical School Garage

As many as 10 vehicles caught fire inside of the garage at UMass Medical School in Worcester on Wednesday afternoon. The garage, located on South Road is also shared with visitors and employees of UMass Medical Center.
Worcester Fire officials said the fire was especially difficult to fight because the fire trucks are too large to enter the garage. After several hours the fire was contained and no injuries were reported.
