MARCH 26 UPDATE:
THE LAKE 940 has learned the 2 dogs that were reported missing on Friday made their way home late on Sunday.

Michelle Lafleche says they heard a dog barking in the woods behind their home and went towards the sound. “We grabbed cookies and went up to the field. We came around the corner and Taylor came out of the woods barking. Jose and I sat down and threw a couple cookies and said his name.  He realized it was us and came running over and smothered my face with kisses.”

A few minutes later the other missing pup, Tucker ran over to be reunited as well.  “They were so happy to see us but I think we were more happy to see them! They are home safe and sound! Thank you all for the love and support!” So happy for this family reunion!

Original story below:

Michelle Lafleche tells THE LAKE 940 her 2 male English Springer Spaniel dogs have escaped, and they have not been seen since early Friday morning.  They are both 3 years old and may be together or have separated, but if you happen to spot them you are asked to call her at (508) 340-5189.

The dogs were last seen in the Dresser Hill/Mill Road area of Dudley near the Connecticut state line.  This is not the first time they have gotten loose, they were found several towns away in the past.

Michelle says the dogs are microchipped, but they may come back to a prior owner’s information in Maine.  The dogs are shy and should not be chased. Please help us get the dogs home safely to Michelle and her family.
