St. Joseph Women’s Club is sponsoring a SPLASH OF PANACHE event from Noon to 5PM on Sunday November 4, at Point Breeze Restaurant in Webster. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.  This year’s event will feature a variety of vendors, Lottery Raffle, Special Gift Raffle, Attendance prize, Appetizers and much more.
