Dudley Police DARE Fundraiser Begins

The annual fundraiser for the Dudley Police DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Program is underway in the Town of Dudley. Calls are being made to local residents and businesses seeking donations to this worthwhile program.
Dudley Police Sergeant Dean Poplawski has conducted the DARE Program to the sixth graders at the Dudley Middle School for many years. This is a half year course and it is a substance abuse and violence prevention program. This is completely funded through this fundraiser and other donations.
In addition to providing money for the program, coloring books and educational materials will be produced for distribution to Dudley School Students.
