Matt is a 12 year resident of Manhattan and proud member of Actors Equity Association who originally hails from Massachusetts. His list of credits include the national tour of Flashdance-The Musical (Dance Captain/Swing), La Cage Aux Folles-2010 Tony Award winning Broadway revival/National Tour (Angelique/Assistant Dance Captain), Radio City Christmas Spectacular (6 national/arena touring seasons), The View Upstairs (Drama Desk/Lucielle Lortel Award nominated Off-Bway production), The Doors Project (principal dancer), Colors of the Season-Galt House (principal/dance captain), PLATFORMS (principal/NYMF production), Ticket To Ride (principal/dance supervisor), numerous industrials/commercials/company work as well as master class faculty for Broadway Inbound and Broadway Dance Center.

Matt is honored to have performed in many charitable events including several seasons of Broadway Bares and the Fire Island Dance Festival to support Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS as well as Dancers Responding to AIDS.

His concert dance/company work includes the launch of Chet Walker’s WALKERDANCE, creative assistant/company member for GilmoreBoyz (dir. Vernard Gilmore), Max Luna Dance Co.(soloist/Horton seminar assistant), Cecilia Marta Dance Co. (soloist) and assistant to Hope Boykin for “Go In Grace” (Ailey’s 50th Anniversary). Matt is forever grateful for his training which included The Ailey School (Oprah Winfrey Foundation Scholarship recipient), Jacob’s Pillow Jazz/Musical Theater scholar (dir. Chet Walker), Boston Youth Moves (Dorothy Rogers Conneely Scholarship recipient), in addition to intensive musical theater training alongside David Marquez and high school direction from Joan Sheary in the arts magnet program at Burncoat Senior High School in Worcester, MA.
