Grand Opening Of Big Belly Cafe In Webster
Bring your appetite for an all day celebration that any foodie would be happy to take part in. It’s an all you can eat smorgasbord at the grand opening of the new Big Belly Cafe in Webster.
The new restaurant at 144 Gore Road has taken over right where My Brothers’ Place left off after Barry Henley passed the torch onto Wendy Young to feed hungry diners in the area.
On Saturday, August 4th the Big Belly Cafe will be open for breakfast, serving a wide variety of omelets, pancakes, French Toast and more, from 7AM to 11AM, with a quick break in the excitement for the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:45, followed by a special belly buster meal from 12PM to 8PM.
Wristbands for the all you can eat event are for sale, $20 for adults, $10 for seniors, $5 for children. Music, beer and wine will also be available.
The crew promises to fill your stomach with some of the best barbecue food in Webster. On the menu, smoked pulled pork, chicken, baked beans, potato salad, corn on the cob, salad and a giant nacho bar with chips and toppings.
Wendy Young says she is “so excited” for the grand opening today. “Preparations are done.” The event will be held rain or shine. “We have tents in case Mother Nature is having a rough day,” she posted on the event’s Facebook page.
In addition to the great food, there will also be several raffles taking place throughout the day. One lucky person will also have the chance to win a trip to Myrtle Beach with all proceeds being donated to the Webster Police Officers Mike Lee & Cindy Johnson Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The Big Belly Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Wednesdays from 6AM to 2PM, Thursdays and Fridays for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6AM to 8PM and weekends for breakfast from 7AM to 1PM.
