Due to the upcoming winter storm, if you experience a power or utility outage, National Grid says it is imperative that they be reported via their Customer Service or Outage Reporting phone numbers which are:
Customer Service: 1-800-322-3223.
Outage Reporting: 1-800-465-1212 (automated line for reporting power outages, gas leaks or downed wires)
This major winter storm is expected to bring potential blizzard-like conditions with heavy snowfall, damaging winds, and coastal flooding in Massachusetts. The power company says they have over 200 crews standing by to assist with outages in New England.
