Congratulations are in order to Victoria Diliddo of Webster! She claimed a $1 million prize for the $30 200X Second Chance Draw at the Massachusetts State Lottery Headquarters in Braintree.
Although, after taxes and fees Victoria selected the cash option of $650,000, but she can still claim she won a million dollar prize. Not bad for entering with a losing scratch ticket.
The second of 4 drawings took place on Wednesday, May 16th. The lottery commission says there were over 1,520,000 entries submitted for this contest.
