All federal government offices and many government agencies will be closed, including all post offices.  Regular mail delivery will not be made, and package delivery will be limited according to the postal service.

The New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the Federal Reserve System will also be closed, but most banks are expected be open.

A funeral will take place at the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. on Wednesday and his burial will be on Thursday in Texas.
