Thousands of people in the Webster, Dudley and Charlton area have woken up on this Sunday morning with no power. National Grid estimates about 3,100 customers are affected at this time. Crews have been assigned and estimated restoration of power will be at 10:15 this morning.
The cause of the outage is unknown at this time.
