Southbridge Police Arrest 3 After Cocaine Sale

On Monday night, July 9th at 9PM, Detectives from the Southbridge Police Department were conducting surveillance in the area of Windsor Court and North Street due to several complaints of drug transactions happening in the area.

Detectives watched a drug transaction take place and conducted a traffic stop soon after.

As a result of an investigation, many plastic bags were found, containing a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine.  There were several pills also recovered from the search.  A digital scale and other packaging materials commonly used for the distribution of narcotics and amount of US currency were also recovered.

The 3 people in the vehicle, 20 year old Michael Bialuk of 16 Lincoln Street in Webster was charged with trafficking in cocaine,  conspiracy to violate the drug laws and with possession with 2 counts of intent to distribute a class E drug.

31 year old Christopher Willis of 23 Dean Street in Southbridge was charged with trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and with distribution of cocaine.

21 year old Dustin Fontaine of 181 North Woodstock Road in Southbridge was charged with trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and also held on an outstanding arrest warrant.

All were held at Southbridge Police Headquarters pending their arraignment in Dudley District Court on Tuesday, July 10. A fourth suspect will be summoned to court at a later date.
