UPDATE:  Fitchburg Police have made an arrest.  Details can be found here. Massachusetts State Police units are currently searching for suspects and a vehicle that fled a motor vehicle stop on Chase Avenue in Webster.  As the driver fled, the sport utility vehicle dragged the Trooper who had pulled it over for a short distance.…
