After a short investigation, police in Webster have arrested Darrin Lavallee in connection to several missing manhole covers throughout town. He was in Dudley District Court yesterday facing 7 counts of larceny.  Webster Police recovered the stolen covers from a salvage company in Millbury where they were allegedly sold by Lavallee earlier in the week.…
