At 7:30AM on Tuesday, July 3rd, Webster Police, along with officers of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Task Force executed a search warrant on the vehicle of 32 year old William Perez-Crespo.

The search was done at his place of employment, Advanced Auto Parts, located at 107 East Main Street.  A small amount of crack cocaine was located and Perez was arrested.

A short time later, another team of Webster Police Detectives executed a search warrant at his apartment at 37 Lake Street in Webster.  With assistance from Millbury’s K9 Officer Dan Daly and his partner Kenzo, a large amount of crack cocaine was found in the couch.

This concluded a several month long investigation that included Perez-Crespo allegedly making deals while he was working at Advanced Auto Parts in the parking lot.

Webster Police say the total weight of the crack cocaine was 102 grams, with an estimated street value of $10,000.

Perez-Crespo was charged with trafficking cocaine, over 100 grams and possession of a class E substance, as there were some prescription pills found in his apartment as well that did not belong to him.

He was arraigned in Dudley District Court and released on $7500 bail.
