4 Bodies Found Burned In West Brookfield Home

West Brookfield Police have been on the scene of a “major incident” for most of the afternoon and evening on Thursday. THE LAKE 940 has learned that 4 bodies were found burned inside of a home located at 10 Old Warren Road. District Attorney Joe Early Jr’s office reports the bodies were of an adult woman, and her three children ages 7, 5 and 2.
In a Facebook post, Superintendent of the Quaboag Regional School District, Brett Kustigian confirmed the tragedy involved 2 students from West Brookfield Elementary School. “The police wanted me to reassure the community that there is no cause for alarm.”
Students are expected to attend school as normal on Friday, grief counseling will be available for all students and staff who need it.
