New Principal Announced At Park Avenue Elementary School

Superintendent of Webster Public Schools Ruthann Goguen has announced the search is over for the new principal at Park Avenue Elementary, following the resignation of Mrs. Ginger Coleman before the end of the last school year.

“I am pleased to inform you that Mrs. Robin Parmley has accepted the position as the Park Avenue Principal,” she said.

Mrs. Parmley has 33 years of experience and is coming to Webster from the Dudley Charlton Regional School District where she has been principal of Mason Road Elementary School.

Her first day on the job at Park Avenue Elementary will be August 1st, but she will be attending the summer summits that are have planned on July 17th and 19th, according to Superintendent Goguen.

“I would like to thank the multiple interview teams that have assisted me in the extended process of finding the next school leader for PAE,” her newsletter to parents concluded.

Other new faces you’ll see in Webster Schools in September include: Ms. Amy Palai, Park Avenue Elementary Librarian; Ms. Barbara Maglione, Webster Middle School Team Chair; Liane Jalette,
Bartlett High/Webster Middle School Dean of Students and Christine Desjardin, Webster Middle School Psychologist.

A meet and greet will be held with Mrs. Parmley on Thursday, July 19th at the Park Avenue Elementary School Library for staff from 4 to 5PM and Parents and School Committee members from 5 to 6PM.
