Officer Involved Shooting Under Investigation In Auburn

There is a heavy police presence in the area of Swanson Road in Auburn on Wednesday afternoon.
Detectives from the Massachusetts State Police are on the scene investigating reports of an officer involved shooting. At this time there are no reported injuries to any officers.
The ramp from Route 290 to Swanson Road is closed at this time. An investigation is underway by the Worcester Country District Attorney’s Office and Massachusetts State Police.
