Charlton Man Charged With OUI After Early Morning Dudley Crash

On Saturday, February 17th at approximately 1:30 am, Dudley Police and Dudley Fire and Emergency Services personnel were dispatched to a single car accident on Airport Road near the intersection of Dudley Hill Road.
The vehicle was identified as a green 2000 Chevrolet Malibu facing east in the westbound lane with significant damage. It is believed the vehicle was traveling west on Airport Road when it went off the roadway, causing damage to a lawn. It then rolled over, coming to rest in the road.
The male operator, 24 year old Matthew Oslowski of Charlton, suffered minor injuries and was treated by the first responders. Oslowski was believed to be under the influence of alcohol and he was taken into custody and charged with operating under the influence and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
He is scheduled to be arraigned at Dudley District Court on Tuesday, February 20th. The accident is still under investigation.
