CT Police Recover Car Stolen From Shrewsbury

On Friday night around 10PM, Connecticut State Police from Troop D were on patrol of businesses in the Thompson and Putnam areas.
Troopers spotted a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot of the Putnam Walmart. Upon approaching the vehicle, the license plate reader alerted police to the vehicle being stolen from Shrewsbury.
The operator, Gagandeep Kaur, was taken into custody and charged with larceny in the first degree. She was released on a $10,000 bond.
