The Dudley Police Department has announced the winner of their 10th annual holiday greeting card contest.  All fourth graders from Dudley Elementary School were given the opportunity to submit a drawing which would be used as the cover photo of the holiday card sent out by the Dudley Police Department this year.

The department says, “The program is designed to solicit the help of local children to promote the fun and excitement of the holiday season.”

The winning design, drawn by Maria Jordanoglou, was selected out of more than 100 entries.  On Thursday, December 20th, Dudley Police Chief Steve Wojnar and members of the department presented Maria with a poster sized copy of her drawing and a gift card prize.

In addition to local citizens and businesses, the greeting cards were also sent to the area’s professional sports teams, Governor Charlie Baker and President Donald Trump and his family.
