Everybody’s been wondering, when is Webster’s new library going to open? Library Director Amanda Grenier gives us details on what is going on inside the new Gladys E. Kelly Library by bridging the past and the future with a larger, modern and more efficient building that will meet the ongoing needs of residents, while also helping to revitalize downtown Webster. (It’s going to be so much more than just books!)
