Chef Manny & Pegui Campoverde of Monte Bianco Restaurant in Thompson
Chef Manny Campoverde has over 25 years of experience cooking in New York City restaurants, even working with Chef Tyler Florence. He decided to open up his own restaurant in Thompson 3 years ago. Monte Bianco Restaurant opened up at 1097 Thompson Road in Thompson in 2015. Since then Manny and his family have been offering delicious Italian food at great prices.
Manny’s daughter, Pegui sat down with Tamara Beland to invite you to try the restaurant. They are open for dinner from 4-9PM Tuesday through Sunday. You can call (860) 923-0202 to make a reservation – and they are open from 12-6PM on Easter Sunday!
