No Swimming Or Boating Allowed On Webster Lake This Wednesday

The Town of Webster and the Webster Lake Association have announced there will be no boating or swimming allowed on Webster Lake on Wednesday, June 16th. The annual treatment of weeds is scheduled for that day. The beach, the walking tracks, dog park, and Lakeside boat ramp will all be closed.
A full map of the treatment areas can be found here. It is recommended not to use the water for drinking, cooking, or irrigation until Tuesday, June 22nd. Swimming and other water contact may safely resume on Thursday, June 17th.
