Serious Crash Closes Boston Road In Sutton

Late Saturday night, Sutton Police were forced to close a portion of Boston Road in the area of St. Mark’s Church to Putnam Hill Road.
A serious crash caused a utility pole to snap, causing power outages in the immediate area. National Grid responded to the area and made repairs during the overnight.
Sutton Police say the road will be closed until further notice. Check their Facebook page for updates.
It is unknown when the road will be re-opened, or if there were any injuries sustained in the crash.
