Webster Five is celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2018 by “celebrating different” all year long, with a series of events, in-branch promotions, Share the Care contest for charity and the first-ever Difference Maker Awards in the fall. To kick off the anniversary celebration, Webster Five invites you to the Webster Town Hall Lawn on Saturday, April 28, from 1-4 p.m. (Rain date Sunday, April 29.)
The event will highlight Webster Five’s history and long-standing commitment to the community. The intention is to celebrate this milestone in a “different” way, with the people who have contributed to the bank’s 150 years of success: employees, customers and the local community. It’s also an opportunity to look forward to the future together. The event is open to the public for an afternoon of fun, including music, historical entertainers, food truck favorites and giveaways. Guests can even take a swing at a piggy bank piñata for charity.
Donald F. Doyle, president and chief executive officer of Webster Five says, “The bank is proud of our 150 years of exceptional customer service and commitment to community caring. We’re looking forward to kicking off our anniversary celebration this year with such a fun event for the whole family to enjoy!”
Webster Five’s main office is in Webster, with other branches in Auburn, Dudley, Oxford, Shrewsbury and Worcester.
