Webster Shooting Leaves Woman Injured

Webster Police detectives are currently investigating an “apparent shooting” that took place this evening at 72 Pleasant Street in town. THE LAKE 940 has learned a female victim was transported to UMass Medical Center with minor injuries and is expected to survive.
Police say, the shooting “is not believed to be a random act, and there is no immediate danger to the public.”
