Woodstock Woman Arrested Twice Within Hours

December 22nd was not a very good day for 47 year old Tina Boutilette of Woodstock, CT. The Connecticut State Police Troop D have announced she was involved in a domestic violence incident where she was arrested after striking a male twice in the face and shoving him into a car. She was also charged for interfering with an officer and breach of peace. After she was released on $2,500 bond on December 23rd at 1:54PM, she was arrested a second time at 3:48PM for violating a protective order involving the original victim. After her second arrest she was charged with violation of a protective order and held on a $15,000 cash or surety bond and transported to York Correctional Institution in Niantic.
