Webster Police Department

Some local police departments took part in National Coffee With A Cop Day on Wednesday, October 3rd.

Officers from The Webster Police Department were stationed at 5 locations between 7 and 10AM, including The Webster Police Station, 357 Main Street; both Dunkin Donuts locations at 128 Main Street and 170 Thompson Road, and both Honey Dew locations at 113 East Main Street and 188 Gore Road.

In Oxford, officers were at N&J Donuts at 315 Main Street from 9 until 11AM, and Dudley Police held theirs on the campus of Nichols College with Chief Steve Wojnar and school resource officer Phil Megas.

Coffee with a cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together – over coffee – to discuss important issues and learn more about each other.  It began in California in 2011 and has since grown to include all 50 states.
