Webster Man Arrested For Selling Cocaine To Undercover Cop

During a Worcester Police prostitution sting, a Webster man was placed under arrest after a drug transaction took place with an undercover officer.

On Wednesday evening, October 3rd, members of the Vice Squad conducted surveillance in the Main South area.  The sting operation lead to the arrest of 11 men charged with offering to engage in sex for a fee.

Worcester Police say at approximately 8:45 PM, a female decoy officer was approached by a male, later identified as 46 year old Michael MacDonald of Webster, offered to sell the undercover officer crack cocaine.

The officer agreed and gave MacDonald money in exchange for the crack cocaine.  After the transaction was made, other officers placed him under arrest.

MacDonald was charged with resisting arrest and distribution of class B Substance.

All 12 men were arraigned today at the Worcester County District Courthouse.
